Order Cancellation:

Before Dispatch:
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse by contacting our customer support team via info@jbcostore.co.in.
- Once the cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund within 7-10 business days.

After Dispatch:
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return or exchange (see Return Policy below).

Eligible Returns:
- We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing details and images of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect delivery.

Refund Process:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund for the eligible items within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges:
- In the case of a return due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong items), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- For all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
